My personal philosophy is mentoring and developing talent through sound theoretical knowledge, work experience and nurturing business acumen to prepare our future business leaders to build their organisations and grow our economy. 

As a team player, focused on delivery to deadlines, my background offers skills and experience in diverse fields: initially in technical and production management capacities in mining, heavy industry, and manufacturing, moving into marketing and customer management positions in the packaging and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.

The latter part of my career has been in offering consulting services across a broad spectrum of organisations and category sectors with a focus on Digital Transformation in Manufacturing and Front-End Demand Creation (Marketing).
