Zarina Moorad
Zarina Moorad has worked as a Leadership and Organisational Culture Alignment Coach in various organisations across Southern Africa, Mauritius and the Channel Islands. With the shift toward integrating online platforms with learning and development, she is now also working with organisations internationally. Typically, Zarina supports key individuals and core teams, guiding and challenging the organisation towards conscious leadership and creating a sustainable micro-organism, regardless of a potentially unpredictable landscape.
Zarina holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree with majors in Law and Psychology. She completed a Postgraduate degree in Law with special interest in Commercial Law and Alternate Dispute Resolution. Having started her career in mainstream legal practice in South Africa, she moved to Mauritius and entered the corporate world. She is an accredited trainer in Corporate Governance and Board Leadership with the Global Corporate Governance Forum (GCGF), an arm of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and is also a member of the South African Law Society. She is an accredited Ethics Practitioner with EthicSA and a Meta Coach trained under the founder, Dr Michael Hall.
Zarina enjoys leadership formation, talent enhancement and people development. She has vast experience in coaching, training and consulting. She is passionate about Africa, about people empowerment and her experience and expertise has added value to coaching various leaders, professionals, expatriates and individuals who require personal coaching on a one-to-one as well as on a group and team level.
